Vitamin D

The sunshine vitamin is so vital for our health and especially that of our bones, due to its role in calcium and phosphorus absorption.  For one of the sunniest places in the world it’s surprising that Australia has such high levels of Vitamin D deficiencies.  Make sure you get outside each day and top up your Vitamin D stores.
